  • Design, coach, and progress individualized and group strength-and-conditioning programs aligned with operator needs, mission demands, and assessment findings.
  • Lead daily group training sessions for approximately 10 to 15 unit members while preserving safe technique, appropriate scaling, and individual progression.
  • Integrate strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and injury-risk-reduction strategies into comprehensive training plans.

  • Three or more years of full-time experience supporting military, special operations, tactical, collegiate, professional, or elite athletic populations.
  • Additional recognized credentials such as USA Weightlifting, Functional Movement Systems, or NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator.
  • Experience with tactical periodization, load monitoring, return-to-performance collaboration, and remote programming.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

  • The program maintains essential services during designated crises and 24/7 on-call support during domestic-response crises, with a four-hour response requirement. Assignments will be coordinated by program leadership.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance and required installation/system access, including a Common Access Card.
  • Employment is contingent upon contract award, Government acceptance, required screening, and satisfaction of all access and credentialing requirements.
